June 4, 2013 — AMD (NYSE: AMD) announced today that its pending offer to exchange any and all of its outstanding 7.50% Senior Notes due 2022, which were issued in a private placement (the “Private Notes,”) for an equal principal amount of new 7.50% Senior Notes due 2022 that have been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, currently scheduled to expire at 5 p.m., New York City time, June 3, 2013, has been extended until 5 p.m., New York City time, June 7, 2013.
Tenders with respect to approximately $499,615,000 aggregate principal amount of the Private Notes, out of a total of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount eligible to participate in the exchange offer, have been received to date.
