2011 Annual Corporate Responsibility Report - Spring 2012

  • In this Edition, we present our report. Highlights include:
    • Detailed report verified by the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) as meeting requirements for Application Level A.
    • Our education initiative "AMD Changing the Game" has reached more than 74,000 students worldwide.
    • Employees made significant contributions to victims of the Japanese tsunami and Central Texas wildfires.
    • AMD awarded the last in a series of grants totaling $3 million (USD) to preserve open space in Central Texas.
    • Environmental performance shows on track for several goals but off track for two manufacturing goals.
    • Employees gave high marks (86% favorable) to our corporate responsibility programs.
