Serial EEPROM Programmer for the Am486® PCI CDP

This CodeKit software contains a protected mode DOS executable that can program either of the Serial EEPROMs on the Am486® PCI CDP with a binary file, or copy the contents of one of the EEPROMs to a binary file.

There are two Serial EEPROMs on the Am486 PCI CDP. By default the 1Kbit EEPROM is enabled to allow the onboard Ethernet controller to read configuration data. The second EEPROM, a 4Kbit device can be selected by toggling the CLKCTL output on the CPD's south bridge chip. This CodeKit software contains code to select either EEPROM and read,write, or erase any address on those EEPROMs.
