Windows® CE Embedded ToolKit fix to draw windows properly using Élan™SC4xx microcontrollers.

This CodeKit software contains changes and enhancements to the Windows CE Embedded ToolKit (ETK) version 2.x to ensure that windows are drawn properly. This should be used if vertical lines are showing up instead of a rectangular window.
