486/SC400 Debug SMI Handler

SMI handler which self-installs. This creates an SMI-triggered debugger which interfaces through a COM port.

This CodeKit contains the source and a pre-compiled executable for the 486CDP and for the SC400. It will install a debugger in system memory at A8000h. This debugger will be triggered by an SMI from the SMI switch on each of these boards. The user interface is provided through a COM port.
