Frame Relay is a packet-switched protocol used in digital networks around the world. Frame Relay is similar to X.25, but it runs on very reliable connections and does not need error control. This means that Frame Relay provides more effective bandwidth over the same wire.
The TsLink3® Frame Relay protocol stack supports the following:

• Support for DTE (User) and DCE (Network)
• Supports Permanent and Switched Virtual Circuits (PVC, SVC)
