X.25 is a switching protocol used in packet-switched networks. Although it is an older protocol, X.25 is still widely used in communication systems around the world.

The TsLink3® X.25 protocol stack supports the following:

• Layer 3 Packet Layer Protocol (PLP)

• Layer 1 Low Level Driver (LLD) for HDCL device
• Compliant to ITU-T X.25, X.211, X.212, X.215
• X.31 support to ISDN B-channels
• Packet switched ISDN D-channel support
• Used in support of Always On/Dynamic ISDN (AO/DI)
• Major operating systems supported with pre-ported interface

The protocol stack has been validated throughout development and testing through hardware integration. Conformance tested at Bellcore and AT&T Bell Labs.
