AMD held a press event in San Francisco on May 2 to discuss the launch of 65 nm AMD Turion™ 64 X2 Dual-Core Mobile Technology and the Better By Design Program, a first-of-its kind initiative highlighting better performance and superior technologies in AMD-based desktop and notebook PCs. Program participants, NVIDIA and Broadcom, joined AMD at the event to express their support as part of the AMD64 ecosystem.
