I nuovi sistemi sviluppati includono il modello HP ProLiant DL385 G5, che ha fissato un nuovo record prestazionale nell'ambito dei sistemi x86 a 2 socket nei test SPECfp_rate2006. Il modello HP ProLiant DL585 G5 ha invece ottenuto un nuovo record nei sistemi x86 a 4 socket nei test TPC-C Price/tpmC e l’HP ProLiant BL685c G5 nei test SPECfp_rate2006 per le configurazioni con 4 processori.
