The Am29LV256M is a 256 Megabit, 3-Volt Flash memory device built with Spansion's innovative
MirrorBit technology. MirrorBit is a breakthrough in Flash
memory architecture that -- for the first time -- enables a Flash memory product
to hold twice as much data without compromising data integrity. MirrorBit Flash
devices share common pinouts and packages so that customers can migrate from 16Mb
to 256Mb and beyond without changing their board layout.
