Am29DS Family
The Am29DS family of 1.8 Volt-only, simultaneous read/write flash memory devices are ideal for systems requiring longer battery life and small form factors, and also provide the flexibility of a dual-bank architecture. The "zero power" operation reduces typical current draw to as low as 1 µA in standby and automatic sleep modes, lowering power consumption. The single-power-supply operation provides full read, program, and erase capabilities using a VCC voltage as low as 1.8 Volts. Eliminating the need for higher external programming and erasing voltages reduces overall system cost and conserves board space. <

Key features of the Am29DS families include:

  • Simultaneous Read/Write Operation
  • Single-Power-Supply Operation
  • 1.8V - 2.2V Operating Range
  • Advanced Power Management
  • Zero Power Operation
  • JEDEC Compliant Command Set
  • Fast Factory Programming
