Am29SL Family
The Am29SL family of 1.8 Volt-only, conventional architecture Flash Memory devices are ideal for systems requiring longer battery life and small form factors. The "zero power" operation reduces typical current draw to as low as 1 µA in standby and automatic sleep modes, lowering power consumption. The single-power-supply operation provides full read, program, and erase capabilities using a VCC voltage as low as 1.8 Volts. Eliminating the need for higher external programming and erasing voltages reduces overall system cost and conserves board space.<

Key features of the Am29SL family include:

  • Single-power-supply operation
  • 1.8V - 2.2V operating range
  • Advanced power management
  • Zero power operation
  • JEDEC compliant command set
  • Fast factory programming
