- further or promote any criminal activity or enterprise or provide instructional information about illegal activities, such as making or buying illegal weapons or violating someone's privacy;
- solicit passwords or personal information from others for commercial or unlawful purposes;
- knowingly introduce viruses, worms, harmful code or Trojan horses on the Internet;
- harass, abuse or intimidate others;
- impersonate or lead readers to believe the posting is the belief of others;
- solicit or spam others through your AMD blogging account; or
- involve commercial activities and/or sales without our prior written consent, such as contests, sweepstakes, solicitation of donations, bartering, advertising or pyramid schemes.
Note that when you choose to express your thoughts and opinions via a blog, you are legally responsible for your commentary. You can be held personally liable for any postings that are defamatory, obscene, proprietary, or libelous. For these reasons, bloggers should exercise caution with regards to exaggeration, guesswork, obscenity, copyrighted materials and derogatory remarks.
