| | Personal Internet Communicator (PIC) | | |

When AMD launched the PIC in 2004, we designed it to be a learning platform for AMD and our partners, and to prove that durable and reliable Internet access solutions could be made affordable for people in high-growth markets.
The Personal Internet Communicator has been offered by the following Internet service providers:
Telmex -- Mexico
Telefonica -- Brazil
Cable & Wireless -- Pan Caribbean, Jamaica, Panama, St. Vincent
Dogan Online (DOL) -- Turkey
The PIC has also been deployed in several 50x15 learning labs, including:
Bauman & International Dubna Universities -- Russia
Diepsloot Combination School -- South Africa
E-Poupatempo Public Access Center -- Brazil
Meninos Do Morumbi Education Initiative -- Brazil
NEPAD e-Schools Education Initiative -- Africa
In December 2006, AMD transferred PIC manufacturing assets to Data Evolution Corporation and the device is now being marketed as the decTOP™. The asset transfer is part of AMD's strategy to focus on our core competencies of CPUs, GPUs and reference designs, and partner with OEMs, ODMs and others who specialize in end-product manufacturing and marketing.
