TAIPEI, TAIWAN and SOUTHBOROUGH, MA -- October 3, 2005 --Insyde Software, a leading provider of system software, BIOS, and engineering services, today announced the availability of its XpressROM™ BIOS and software support services for the AMD Geode GX Single Board Computer Reference Design Kit (AMD Geode GX SBC RDK). This compact and powerful reference design system, powered by the AMD Geode GX 466@0.9W processor and the CS5536 companion chip will ship with Insyde’s XpressROM BIOS on-board.

“AMD strives to meet the needs of our customers with efficient designs,” said Erik Salo, director of marketing, AMD Microprocessor Solutions Sector. “The Insyde BIOS software and service support allows our shared AMD and Insyde customers to save precious resources and time.”
