Alchemy Semiconductor Announces Jim Moore As President And Chief Executive Officer
Industry Veteran and Business Leader Continues Momentum as High Performance, Low Power Processor Family Enters Market
AUSTIN, TX -- July 30, 2001 --Alchemy Semiconductor, Inc.™, an Austin-based fabless semiconductor company targeting the Internet Edge Device market, today announced James H. (Jim) Moore as the company's President and CEO. Moore has over 30 years of experience in computer, semiconductor, and consumer electronics industries. He is a founding General Partner of CEO Partnerships, and is also currently Chairman of the Board of BOXX Technologies. In addition to his past positions of President and COO at Crossroads Systems, Moore also spent 20 years in general management positions with Texas Instruments, Analog Devices and Cirrus Logic.
