The Mobile AMD-K6-2-P processor is designed to run in Super7™ platform
notebooks that offer advanced features such as a 100 MHz front-side bus
and AGP graphics. The 100 MHz front-side bus is 50% faster than in most
of today's notebook platforms and allows cache and system memory to be
accessed more quickly. AGP enables desktop-class graphics performance
on your notebook PC.
Compatible with the Windows® Universe
If it's from AMD, it's compatible. The Mobile AMD-K6-2-P processor has
undergone extensive testing to confirm compatibility with Windows® 98,
Windows NT®, and other leading operating systems. The Mobile AMD-K6-2-P
processor is also compatible with more than 60,000 software applications,
including the latest 3DNow! and MMX™ technology-enhanced software. As
