Tamper-Evident Security Label
Two
tamper-evident security labels with industrial strength adhesive are used on both sides of the back of the PIB package. Tamper proof seals will physically reveal if tampering has occurred.
- Raised Tactile Intaglio Printing: Industry leading technology used to give customers tactile way to “feel” if the label is authentic. This can be found in the dark green swirl throughout the label.
Serial Number Label
This serial number label is located on the top end of the PIB packaging.
Each serial number is a unique 13-digit alphanumeric number which helps AMD and its customers track PIB distribution and verify product authenticity for warranty service. 1D Barcode has Serial Number only and 2D Matrix Barcode has Serial Number and OPN.

Holographic Label
The number of dots on one side of the 3-D AMD logo will change when you tip the holographic label up, down, left and right.
The holographic label on AMD PIB packaging should appear a green color with a dimension of 15.5mm x 15.5mm. Earlier versions may be different.
