AMD College and University Level Opportunities

Our college and university level opportunities enable you to refine your technical skills while applying your academic theory in a real-world context. We hire students for the following roles:

Co-op

A Co-op is a college/university student who works full-time for a period of several months during the Fall, Spring, or Summer semesters. Typically co-op participation is part of a structured university program through which working tours are incorporated into your school schedule and course credit is issued for the semester.

Intern

Interns are students who work full-time for 3-4 months while enrolled in school, most often in the summer.

PEY

Professional Experience Year is an intern program available only in Canada to Canadian university students. The program enables students to work full-time for up to 16 consecutive months.

MBA Programs

MBA interns participate in an 11-week program during the summer, working on a high-impact project in one of several corporate functions.

Leadership Development Program participants take part in a two-year program with three rotations in various corporate functions. This program is designed to accelerate the participants’ placements into leadership positions.

New Graduate

New Graduates are students who have graduated from a college/university within the last two years.
