Insyde Software, a leading provider of system software, BIOS, and engineering services, today announced the availability of its XpressROM™ BIOS and software support services for the AMD Geode™ LX EPIC Reference Design Kit (RDK). This kit will help Single Board Computer (SBC) developers quickly and efficiently create low-power, high-performance single-board designs with faster time to market.
Powered by the AMD Geode LX firstname.lastname@example.orgW* processor and leveraging the industry-standard EPIC SBC form-factor, the RDK is an ideal solution for applications such as rugged industrial systems, data acquisition, video processing, point-of-sale terminals, telecommunications, global positioning satellite devices, motion control and more.
