AMD To Provide Lucent Technologies With Flash Memory Devices Through 2003

SUNNYVALE, CA -- 1/30/2001 -- AMD today announced a three-year strategic agreement to supply Lucent Technologies with a significant portion of Lucent's Flash memory device requirements. The Flash memory will be used in Lucent's wireless, optical, and data networking products, systems and solutions.
