M-Audio Announces AMD Athlon™ 64 Processor Compatibility
Popular PCI product line has been redesigned with 64-bit support for AMD’s newest processor

In conjunction with AMD’s groundbreaking 32- and 64-bit AMD Athlon 64processor, M-Audio has been working closely with the company to ensure that their entire line of PCI audio products will be compatible with the new AMD64 desktop processor.
The AMD Athlon 64 processor’s unified 64-bit architecture promises to bring a dramatic new level of support for digital multimedia, offering world-class performance for today’s 32-bit applications as well as solid support for future 64-bit products presently under development.
M-Audio’s PCI cards have been redesigned to be fully PCI 2.2 compliant, thereby assuring they will work in any PCIX-based system, and offer outstanding operation under existing 32-bit bus modes.
