PoGo! Products Announces Integration of the AMD Alchemy™ Au1200™ Processor Within Future TiVoToGo ® Enabled Portable Media Players

Brea, CA -- 3/21/2005 -- PoGo! Products, Ltd. (OTC BB: PGOI) today announced that it is working in collaboration with AMD (NYSE: AMD) to integrate the AMD Alchemy™ Au1200™ processor into its second-generation portable media player (PMP).

The Au1200 processor has been optimized for portable video players and enables a new generation of conveniences and features such as scalable DVD-quality displays, long-lasting battery life and effortless video content transfers directly from digital video recorders.

Availability
The PoGo! Products portable media player with the Au1200 processor is scheduled to be introduced in the fourth quarter of 2005.
