The prices above do not include any present or future sales, VAT, revenue, excise or other tax or duty applicable to the Products covered by this Agreement or the manufacture or sales thereof and shall be paid by the Buyer, or in lieu thereof the Buyer shall provide AMD with a tax exemption certificate acceptable to the taxing authorities.
