AOCL-ScaLAPACK is a high-performance library of linear algebra routines for parallel distributed memory machines used to solve linear systems, least squares problems, eigenvalue problems, and singular value problems. Optimized for AMD “Zen”-based processors, AOCL-ScaLAPACK is recommended to be used with AOCL-BLAS and AOCL-LAPACK as it is dependent on the external libraries BLAS and LAPACK.
Highlights of AOCL-ScaLAPACK 5.3
- Improved compatibility with GCC 15 and AOCC by converting old-style declarations to modern prototypes and correcting format-specifier usage in logging and I/O code paths.
- Fixed memory allocation limits in symmetric eigenvalue/eigenvector drivers (xdsyevr / xzevc), enabling previously-skipped large-matrix tests.
- Minor Fortran I/O and Fortran-to-C prototype improvements that reduce warnings and improve type-safety.
