Stand-Alone Tools and Utilities

Vivado™ 2015.2 Update 1 provides production support for the XCKU040  (-3), XCKU035 (-3), and XCKU115 (-1 & -2) devices. For designs leveraging these devices, AMD recommends installing this update. For all other devices, please continue to use the Vivado 2015.2 release.  NOTE: This update must be applied to an existing 2015.2 installation and will bring the Vivado version to 2015.2.1.

Vivado supports the following devices families:  Ultrascale™, Virtex™ 7, Kintex™ 7, Artix™ 7, and Zynq™ 7000.  For more information, vist the Vivado Design Suite product page.

Having trouble downloading?  The download links above require the installation and use of a browser-based (plug-in) download manager.  Your company's policy and/or firewall settings may not permit the download manager to be installed or operate properly. If you wish to bypass the use of the AMD download manager, please see AR# 64685.

Vivado™ Lab Edition is a new, compact, and standalone product targeted for use in the lab environments.  It provides for programming and logic/serial IO debug of all 7 series, Zynq™, and UltraScale™ devices. Lab Edition requires no certificate or activation license key and supports 64- and 32-bit OS platforms.

If you wish to enable activation-based borrowing from your floating license servers (Flex v11.13.0), a reinitialization of previously installed (v11.11.0) trusted storage will be required.  If borrowing will not be enabled on your systems, we recommend downloading the "No Borrow Support" (v11.11.0) items below where no reinitialization will be required.
