Vivado™ 2014.3 Update 1 provides important updates to the areas of device programming and synthesis. If you are performing one-time eFUSE programming operations, it is essential to install this update. This update also includes a critical fix for Vivado synthesis on Windows operating systems.  This update will not affect synthesis quality of results.  NOTE: This update must be applied to an existing 2014.3 installation and will bring the Vivado version to 2014.3.1.
