Terms & Conditions
The company purchasing the Training Credits (“Company”) must nominate an authorized person who may distribute the Training Credits to their organization’s employees. The authorized person may only distribute Training Credits internally to Company employees. Company’s authorized person is the only person who will have access to see the balance of Training Credits held in their account.
Training Credits expire one year from the date of purchase. Training Credits must be used prior to the Training Credit expiration date. The Training Credit expiration date may not be extended. Training Credit purchases are nonrefundable.

Company acknowledges that:
(1) AMD, or its subsidiaries, acts solely as a facilitator for using Training Credits to make payments to authorized service providers on behalf of Company for eligible services (“Services”);
(2) any agreements or terms and conditions related to Services are exclusively between Company and the applicable service provider, and it is recommended that Company enters into a confidentiality agreement with service providers covering any arrangement for Services;
(3) the purchase or use of Training Credits does not entitle Company to any license or ownership rights to any technology or intellectual property rights therein (whether pre-existing or to be developed); and
(4) Training Credits are not eligible for use in connection with activities related to design services, including research and development activities that are intended to result in the creation of technology or intellectual property rights, activities related to testing in connection with safety qualifications or other obligations of any customer product, and any other activities beyond the scope of routine field application engineer support.
