The AMD DisplayPort™ solution include subsystems enabling customers to support video interfaces as specified in VESA DisplayPort standard.
The AMD DisplayPort™ solutions include subsystems designed to VESA DisplayPort V2.1, V1.4 and V1.2 specifications to be available in Vivado™. These solutions help users implement DisplayPort video interface as defined by VESA DisplayPort specification.
DisplayPort 2.1 TX & RX subsystems support UltraScale+™ FPGAs. These subsystems are available under part number EF-DI-DISPLAYPORT-NG-SITE.
DisplayPort 1.4 TX & RX subsystems support UltraScale™, UltraScale+™ and Versal™ Adaptive SoC FPGAs. DisplayPort TX & RX subsystem LogiCORE™ IPs supports UltraScale™, UltraScale+™, ZynqTM 7000 and 7 Series FPGAs. These subsystems are available under part number EF-DI-DISPLAYPORT-SITE.
To help users in creating video solutions with DisplayPort interfaces, AMD offers prepackaged subsystems for receive or transmit. These subsystems integrate commonly used functions with video interfaces such as video timing generation, AXI bridges and optional HDCP functionality and work out of the box.
An additional physical layer implementation, as outlined below, is required for these DisplayPort solutions based on the target device selected.
