The Digital VCXO module is a DPLL controlling specific Gigabit Transmitter (GT TX) features which is implemented using only Fabric resources (LUT,FF). This module has a filter function and lock function, operating like a VCXO. We can tune/adjust like VCXO (Z-transform). This module has two modes one PICXO and the other is FRACXO
