Harry A. Wolin is managing director for AMD Ventures, and senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary for AMD. Prior to becoming general counsel, he managed AMD’s Technology Law Department and served as vice president of Intellectual Property. Harry plays a lead role in AMD’s most significant legal, operational and strategic proceedings. He is the AMD executive responsible for the corporation’s worldwide legal matters, corporate investigations, public affairs and government relations, strategy, M&A, ventures, trade compliance, and corporate governance.

Shantnu Sharma is managing director for AMD Ventures, and vice president of Corporate Strategy and Business Development at AMD. A MIT graduate and global leader, he combines operational expertise with top-tier management consulting (McKinsey & Company). His background in corporate strategy, software development, datacenters and computer communication informs his passion for solving customer problems by building joint ventures and partnerships.

Paul Gu joined AMD Ventures in 2014. He is responsible for deal sourcing and execution, business development and post-investment collaboration. Prior to joining AMD Ventures, Paul was a business development professional at Hightail, a cloud collaboration software provider. Earlier in his career, he was an investment professional at Symphony Technology Group, a software-focused private equity firm. Before that, he worked in the Technology/Media/Telecom investment banking group at J.P. Morgan. Paul received his B.A. in Economics from Dartmouth College.
