To maintain these values, anyone partnering with AMD must follow our AMD Partner Trust & Safety Standards (“Standards”). Failure to meet these Standards, as determined by AMD in its sole discretion, may lead to the termination of your relationship with AMD.

Rules of Conduct

Legal Compliance

We expect all Partners to follow local, national, and international laws. Encouraging, promoting, or engaging in illegal activities — like the use of illegal substances — is strictly prohibited during your tenure as a Partner with AMD.

Misconduct & Harassment

We have a zero-tolerance policy for any kind of misconduct or harassment. Unacceptable behavior includes anything AMD considers immoral, deceptive, scandalous, or obscene, such as:

  • Promoting or encouraging discrimination or violence based on race, ethnicity, religion, age, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or medical condition.
  • Promoting or engaging in violence or abuse, including:
    • Physical harm (e.g., self-harm, domestic abuse, child abuse, animal abuse).
    • Sexual misconduct (e.g., assault, abuse, or inappropriate behavior toward individuals unable to give consent).
  • Harassment of any kind.
  • Sharing graphic or extreme content, including threats, violent extremism, or grotesque material.
  • Impersonating others or misrepresenting yourself or an organization.
  • Sharing private information (doxxing) without consent.

Professionalism & Acceptable Behavior

We expect all Partners to maintain a professional and respectful approach in all interactions, including:

  • Being in good standing with current and past brand partners, which includes:
    • Respecting intellectual property rights.
    • Following brand and platform guidelines.
    • Creating public-friendly sponsored content, that generally avoids featuring mature-only or explicit material. Use your best judgment, here, and ask AMD if you think your content may offend the senses of the general public.
  • Avoiding the misuse of partnerships for personal gain or influence over others.
  • Not promoting services or affiliations that conflict with AMD’s guidelines.
  • Properly disclosing advertising or endorsements in paid content, as required by the FTC or similar entities.
  • Respecting Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).

By upholding these standards, we can ensure a positive, professional, and collaborative environment for everyone involved.

Discord

AMD reserves the right to terminate the Partner role in the AMD Red Team Discord Server with any Partner and revoke their Partner privileges at its sole discretion, at any time, and for any reason deemed appropriate by AMD.

Additionally, you agree that, by engaging in or accessing the AMD Red Team Discord Server as a Partner, you agree to the Discord Community Guidelines; and the AMD Red Team Discord Rules (collectively, the “Rules”) which may be amended from time to time by AMD in its sole discretion.

You also agree that your violation of the Rules (as deemed by AMD in its sole discretion) may result in your temporary suspension from a channel/this server, removal from the applicable channel/server, removal of Partner status with AMD, or other related action by AMD as it deems appropriate in its sole discretion and without notice to you.

Guidelines for Engagement

  • Do not complain. AMD Partners should never complain about AMD or other forum participants on the AMD Red Team Discord Server and if they sense something is amiss, they should reach out to AMD staff directly.
  • Do Not Post Anything Generally Considered Inappropriate/Obscene. The AMD Red Team community is made up of many different individuals from many different backgrounds. AMD Partners should do their best to avoid inappropriate/obscene/foul language, as well as images that could conceivably be considered in poor taste/inappropriate/obscene. Additionally, AMD Partners should avoid linking to any of the aforementioned.
  • Avoid Any Form of Misrepresentation. AMD Partners should avoid giving misrepresentations, and statements of fact should be well supported by available evidence. If in doubt about the authenticity of a statement, do not post such a statement.
  • Authentic Interaction. Avoid promoting their products or services in conversations where it's not clearly relevant or appropriate.
