How will the changes in ownership affect my company?
- As of today, it will be business as usual and there are no immediate changes to how you support AMD/Xilinx.

What is the legal name of the new organization?
- AMD and Xilinx are not changing respective individual trading company legal names at this time.
- Suppliers will be notified if there is a name change in the future.

Will the email address for Xilinx contacts change?
- As of today, email addresses will remain the same and you may continue to email your contacts at their Xilinx email.
- Approximately 60 days from today, Xilinx email accounts will be retired and former Xilinx employees will be moved to an AMD email account.

Where and to whom should invoices be sent now?
- At this point in time, AMD and Xilinx are not changing our respective Accounts Payable processes.
- Please continue to send your invoices as described in the purchase order and reach out to your regular contact person from AMD or Xilinx if you have any enquiries regarding invoicing.
- If there is any change to the process in the future, we will provide you with notification well in advance.

Who should I contact if I need to make changes to my company payment and other related information?
- Please continue to reach out to your regular AMD or Xilinx procurement representative or business contact if you need to make any change(s) to your company payment or other related information.

Are the contracts/purchase orders we have in place still valid? If so, for how long
- Contracts and POs that are in place are still valid as defined on the Purchase Order unless otherwise notified by your procurement representative.

Will policies regarding how you select vendors/suppliers change?
- Supplier selection will continue to be based on the criteria established in the strategic sourcing process.

Will we be required to ship materials to a different location?
- AMD and Xilinx locations are not changing at this time.
- Please continue to ship items in accordance with the directions on the Purchase Order.

Will my company be required to seek any new quality certifications?
- No new certifications are required at this time.
- If new certifications are required in the future, you will be contacted regarding the necessary requirements.

- Please continue to reach out to your regular AMD or Xilinx procurement representative or business contact.
- If there is any change to the process in the future, we will provide you with ample notification.

How much notice will we be given if you decide to cancel our service?
- Any termination of a contractual obligation will be in accordance with the agreed to contract terms.

Will tax registration numbers on our supplier billings to AMD/Xilinx now change?
- AMD and Xilinx are not changing their tax registration ID numbers at this point in time.
- Please continue to use existing Tax ID numbers used today.
- If there is any change to the process in the future, we will provide you with ample notification.
