Radeon™ ProRender is a powerful physically-based rendering engine that enables creative professionals to produce stunningly photorealistic images. Built on highly efficient, high-performance Radeon™ Rays technology, Radeon ProRender's complete, scalable ray tracing engine uses open industry standards to harness GPU and CPU performance for swift, impressive results.

This Radeon ProRender plug-in for PTC Creo® ​is a feature rich solution which enables the user to render high quality images of their models. With this tool, users can render and then perform a host of post image processes.

Radeon ProRender For PTC Creo® v2.02 Highlights

  • Added Sky Light support.
  • Added ‘Name’ field in the Material Editor.
  • Using select boxes to enumerate material parameters in the Material Editor.
  • Removed unnecessary fields in the Material Editor: show single parameters in one UI field.
  • Added a screenshot button to save render results.
  • Changed the GLTF file extension from .JSON to .GLTF.

Fixed Issues

  • Issues related to Material normal maps convert logic have been fixed.
  • Rendering issues for multilingual scenes have been fixed.
  • Issues experienced with Gimbal lock for some ASM scenes are now fixed.
  • Some problems experienced dealing with metallic materials like aluminum are fixed.
  • Directional light issues are resolved.
  • Problems with Render quality option are fixed.
  • Crashes in the assign material logic are now resolved.
  • Issues experienced while assign material logic for materials without textures (non-exist texture issue) have been fixed.
