1. Sponsor: The AMD Race to Readiness Contest (Contest”) is Sponsored by Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., 2485 Augustine Dr., Santa Clara, CA 95054, United States. https://www.amd.com (“AMD” or “Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility: The Contest is open only to current AMD Partner Network entities located in the EMEA region who are members of the Registered, Silver and Gold Tiers in the AMD Partner Network (APN) and whose employees earn AMD Sales Certifications through AMD Arena for Client Sales (AMD Ryzen™ processors) and Server or Data Center Sales (AMD EPYC™). For the avoidance of doubt, the Participant is the AMD Partner Network entity listed in the APN, not an individual or employee (“Participant”). Any certifications, submissions, or other actions required for participation in the Contest must be completed by an employee or Authorized Representative of the Participant acting within the scope of their authority (“Authorized Representative”). All actions taken by an Authorized Representative shall be deemed to be the action(s) of the Participant for all purposes under the Contest. Government entities and educational institutions of any kind are not eligible to enter or win. Entries received from individuals or entities located outside the EMEA region will be disqualified. Employees of Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents, and the immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, domestic partner, husband, or wife) of each employee, together with those with whom such employees are domiciled, are ineligible.

By entering the Contest, Participants warrant that they are eligible to participate under the applicable local laws governing procurement of prizes and awards. Each Participant is solely responsible for ensuring that their Authorized Representatives comply with these Official Rules and Terms, applicable AMD program requirements, all applicable laws and employer policies. Authorized Representative represents and warrants that they have obtained all necessary internal approvals for participation and acceptance of any prize. Any prize will be awarded to the Participant entity only, and not to any individual, employee or representative. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any Participant if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that Participant’s participation in the Contest or receipt of any prize would violate local law or cause damage to the reputation of AMD and/or any other party. Participants may be required to submit proof of eligibility.

3. Agreement to Official Rules and Terms: The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Contest constitutes Participant’s full and unconditional agreement to, and acceptance of, these Official Rules and Terms and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. These Official Rules and Terms will be posted online at: https://www.amd.com/en/legal/terms-and-conditions/race-to-readiness-official-rules.html

Sponsor’s computer systems will be the official timekeeping device for the Contest.  Contest Entries that are submitted before or after the time(s) and date(s) indicated above (“Entry Period”) will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to close the Contest without selecting a winner from any of the three (3) eligible APN Tiers.

 5. How to Participate:

To participate, eligible Participants must ensure that their Authorized Representatives complete the qualifying AMD certifications as described below. The first Participant within each Tier to meet the required certification threshold will be deemed a potential winner.

Partners are automatically entered into the contest since certifications are compulsory for Tier eligibility in the APN. Partners can opt out of the contest by emailing emea.partnerships@amd.com.

Certification requirements

Each Participant is measured against the certification threshold required for their current AMD Partner Tier, as defined by APN criteria. Certifications and qualifying activities will be attributed to the Participant, not to any individual or employee.

Required number of Certified Users by Tier:

  • Gold: 6 Certified Users
  • Silver: 4 Certified Users

*Please take note that for the Registered (Rising Stars) Tier only, although AMD does not require this Tier to complete any certifications, if a Rising Star Partner wishes to enter the Contest, the minimum threshold for Entry is four (4) certified users.

Winner Determination

The first Participant within each eligible Tier to meet the required certification threshold will be deemed a potential winner. The winner for each eligible Tier is determined by the number of Certified Users, not the number of Certifications completed. A user certified in both Client and Server is counted as one Certified User.

Confirming Completion

When the certification threshold is met by the Participant, Participant’s Authorized Representative must send a completion confirmation email containing the number of certified individuals and which certifications they have attained to emea.partnerships@amd.com. Certifications earned before the start of the Contest may count toward the applicable Certification threshold if they support the Participant’s current APN Tier eligibility. All Entries will be confirmed by the Sponsor using AMD Arena records. Failure to provide the required completion confirmation email and supporting details may void the Entry.

ENTRIES WILL NOT BE JUDGED. THIS IS A FIRST TO COMPLETE CONTEST PROMOTION.

For All Entries: Limit one (1) Entry per Participant for the entirety of the Contest. Any Entry that does not comply with these Official Rules and Terms will not be eligible to win a prize. Use of any automated system to participate is prohibited and will result in disqualification. In the event of a dispute as to any Entry, the Participant recorded in the AMD APN and confirmed by the Sponsor will be deemed to be the Participant. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, illegible, or misdirected Entries, which may be disqualified, or for any error, human, technical or otherwise.

Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the operation of the Contest or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules and Terms.

6. Winner Selection: A maximum of three (3) prizes will be awarded, with one (1) winner from each eligible APN tier category: Registered (Rising Stars), Silver, and Gold. For the Gold and Silver categories, the winner will be the first eligible Participant to meet the certification threshold required for its current APN tier, and to submit a valid completion confirmation email to emea.partnerships@amd.com during the Entry Period. For the Registered (Rising Stars) category, the winner will be the first eligible Participant to reach four (4) certified users and submit a valid completion confirmation email to emea.partnerships@amd.com during the Entry Period. In the event two Participants complete the required certification threshold at the same time, the winner will be the Participant whose valid confirmation email is received first at emea.partnerships@amd.com, as confirmed by the AMD system timestamp.

7. Prize Notification and Delivery: Sponsor will announce the potential winner(s) by 16 October 2026 and will notify each potential winner by email shortly after the potential winners are confirmed by the Sponsor. Such notification will be delivered in English. Within (72) seventy-two hours of the Sponsor’s notification, the Authorized Representative from the potential winning Participant must supply any requested information for the administration of the Contest. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to require the Authorized Representative(s) of the potential Participant winners to sign and return to Sponsor, a fully completed and legible Declaration of Eligibility and Liability Release, in English ("Declaration"), except where prohibited by applicable law, to claim a prize. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, including ineligibility or forfeiture, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize to a potential substitute winner, and each such potential substitute winner will also be subject to the prize notification and delivery requirements set forth in this paragraph. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of e-mail address, mailing address, and/or other contact information of the Participant. Prize will be shipped to the winning Participant’s corporate headquarters address as listed in the APN by 14 December 2026. The winning Participant may distribute the prize among its team members in its sole discretion. Potential winner(s) may waive their right to receive a prize. Prize delivery mailing address must not be a P.O. Box. Sponsor will not ship to a P.O. Box.

COLLECTION OF PERSONAL DATA: AMD may require the potential winner(s) to provide certain Personal Information (“PI”) in a fully completed and signed Declaration, in English, which will be accessed by employees of AMD, for the purpose of administering the Contest, and in compliance with the AMD Privacy Notice. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, if, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Entry process. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules and Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision of these Official Rules and Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these Official Rules and Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision. If any provision of the Official Rules and Terms is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, then the Official Rules and Terms shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

13.
