To use the Vulkan® driver in this stack, the Vulkan SDK needs to be installed. The SDK can be downloaded from: https://vulkan.lunarg.com/sdk/home

AMD Software: PRO Edition 23.Q3 for Linux has an installation issue on Ubuntu 22.04.2 with kernel 6.2. For installation, please downgrade kernel to 5.19.0-46-generic.
Steps to Downgrade the Kernel:
$sudo dpkg -l | grep linux.*6\.2.*-generic
$sudo apt-get -y install linux-image-5.19.0-46-generic linux-modules-5.19.0-46-generic linux-modules-extra-5.19.0-46-generic linux-headers-5.19.0-46-generic.
$sudo apt-get -y purge linux*6.2*
$sudo apt-mark hold linux-generic-hwe-22.04 linux-image-generic-hwe-22.04 linux-headers-generic-hwe-22.04
$sudo apt-get install -y linux-oem-20.04 - for 5.6 kernel version.
$sudo apt-get install -y linux-generic-hwe-20.04 linux-image-generic-hwe-20.04 linux-headers-generic-hwe-20.04
