With the AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 7975WX processor, Dayang’s systems now support nearly double the 11 streams of 4K 50P real-time decoding for the XAVC 500M format supported by the previous competing platform. This improvement has significantly reduced production delays and enabled faster turnaround times. “With AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO CPUs, our customers can now perform real-time UHD processing, improving their efficiency by more than 80% compared to previous post-production solutions,” said Dong Chang.

The AMD Ryzen Threadripper PRO 7955WX processor’s advantages over the competitor’s processors were particularly evident to Dayang in PBR workflows, where complex 3D models require exceptional rendering precision. In Dayang’s experience, the single Ryzen Threadripper PRO 7955WX processor delivers smoother frame transitions during camera panning in AR composite images, eliminating the stuttering experienced with competing platforms.
