AI is creating new industries, transforming existing business models, and redefining the boundaries of productivity. But as I shared with Ryan, the opportunity AI brings is matched by the complexity it introduces. Many of our customers are asking: “Where do we start?”

One topic Ryan and I explored was the balance between local and cloud-based AI computing. Today, most AI workloads begin in the cloud, but the rise of neural processing units (NPUs) inside PCs is shifting that balance.
