Content Addressable Memory (CAM)

The CAM LogiCORE IP implements an associative array data structure also known as a content-addressable memory. Searches can be performed via Binary search (BCAM), Ternary search (TCAM) or Semi Ternary search (STCAM), these IPs Supports both UltraRAM (URAM) and block RAM implementations. CDCAM LogiCORE IP also implements content-addressable memory functionality but uses DRAM for storage. The Cached DRAM Binary CAM AMD LogiCORE™ IP (CDBCAM) is the Binary search variant while the DRAM Semi-Ternary CAM AMD LogiCORE™ IP (DSTCAM) implements Semi-Ternary search.
