Employee Resource Groups

Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are key to our inclusive culture at AMD, with support from senior leaders and executive sponsors. Through career workshops, networking, volunteering and cultural events, our ERGs help foster a strong sense of community and belonging.

Amplifying Employee Voices with the AMDer Survey

AMD employees are our most important stakeholder group. We listen through surveys and other tools designed to measure engagement, assess culture and capture ideas for improvement. In 2025, 94% of respondents said they were proud to work for AMD.

We are passionate about giving back to the communities where we live and work. For more than 45 years, AMD has invested in organizations around the globe that make a meaningful impact today and help create a better tomorrow.

Employee Health and Safety

Our Global Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Standards provide a consistent framework to guide best-in-class EHS programs across our global operations. Aligned with international standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, they apply to all AMD sites where we have operational control.
