Footnotes
  1. “Manufacturing Suppliers” are defined as suppliers that AMD buys from directly and that provide direct materials and/or manufacturing services to AMD.
  2. AMD calculations received external limited-level assurance and are based on data supplied by our Manufacturing Suppliers. AMD does not independently verify the supplier-provided data.
  3. Capacity-building activities aim to promote continuous improvement among AMD Manufacturing Suppliers by providing resources that help suppliers better understand the root causes of noncompliance or pursue goals beyond compliance. Goal performance calculations received external limited-level assurance.

AMD achieved this goal in 2025 by engaging Manufacturing Suppliers representing 88% of spend in capacity-building activities in fiscal year 2025 on topics such as setting GHG reduction targets, sourcing renewable energy and ethical recruitment. The value is calculated by summing the percentage of revenue associated with each Manufacturing Supplier engaged in qualifying capacity-building activities during the reporting period.
