A: If you do not remember your password, please follow these instructions to reset your password.
A: Your e-mail address is required to sign in to your amd.com account and to reset your password. If you do not know the e-mail address that was used to set up your account, you can simply create a new account using your corporate e-mail address.
If you have product licenses, training credits, web case history or secure site access associated with your old account, please complete the Account Feedback form. An AMD representative will contact you with instructions for re-establishing these entitlements in your account.
A: No, you cannot change the e-mail address used to create your amd.com account. You can create a new amd.com account with a different e-mail address if desired.
A: Access to Product Licenses, Web Service Portal, Training Credits and Secure Site content is based on entitlements purchased by your company. It is highly recommended that you use your corporate e-mail address when setting up your amd.com account so that we can associate you with your company.
A: After submitting the AMD Account Creation form, you will be prompted to activate your account by providing an Access Token and Password.
- The Access Token is sent to the e-mail address you entered on the Account Creation form.
- Copy this value from the e-mail and paste it into the Access Token field on the account activation form.
- Supply a Password and click the "Activate Account" button.
- Upon successful completion, you will be redirected to the amd.com login screen.
A: If you do not receive an account activation e-mail, please request the system to resend your account activation e-mail. If you don’t receive your e-mail in a few minutes, please check your spam/junk or blocked message folder or complete the Account Feedback form for assistance.
Also, some corporations utilize filters to block e-mails from outside companies, so please check with your IT department.
A: Your e-mail address is not case sensitive. Your password is case sensitive.

A: To delete your amd.com account, please submit an amd.com account deletion request.
